Our opening hours

  • Our regular opening hours are 9:00 a.m. - 4:30 p.m. Mondays to Thursdays and 9:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. on Fridays. We are also opened to the public (at NMIA) on Saturdays from 9:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m.

Doing business with us

  • When transacting business with the Credit Union, you must provide valid proof of identification. This may be in the form of a valid passport, driver's licence or voter registration I.D.
  • If you have changed your address or telephone numbers, please let us know. This must however be communicated to us in writing.
  • If you have changed your name by whatever means, you must provide proof of name change, before it can be effected. For example, if you have recently been married and has a change of name, a copy of the marriage certificate will be required. We will not be able to effect the change until this is received.
  • If you have not been receiving messages from us via your cell phone or email, please call us. You will be added to our database, so up-to-the-minute information will be forwarded to you.
